Business Developer

Do you think you got what it takes?

We are looking for a proactive and engaging Business Developer to grow Syncronika by finding and shaping opportunities in digital integration, SaaS and automation. The ideal candidate has at least one year in the sector, understands how enterprise buyers procure technology partners, and is comfortable with consultative selling. The work is team-based and focused on high-impact projects for national and international clients.

Core skills and fundamental competences:

  • Ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Ability to manage relationships with prospects and customers already acquired
  • Ability to draft project specifications, manage the internal brief and interact with the team to build the offer

Nice to have and skills, not essential, but preferential:

  • Basic knowledge or experience in web & social media marketing
  • Ability to use Google Analytics, Search Console, Adwords and other positioning analysis and reporting tools
  • Background in digital consulting, SaaS or system integration — or fast-moving startups in B2B tech
