2.1 Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies (always on)
These are essential for the proper functioning of the website and to allow you to navigate and use its features. Without these tools some services may not work properly. 2.2 Analytics and marketing third-party cookies (optional)
If you accept all cookies via the banner, with a single consent we install both analytics and marketing/measurement cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregated website usage (pages visited, traffic sources, device type). Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC; see Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure page views, the effectiveness of Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) and, where applicable, remarketing. Data is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; see Meta's Privacy Policy.

2.3 Chat widget and other third-party services
After you make a choice in the cookie banner (accept all or essentials only), the site may load the Agenvio chat widget (provider Agenvio / app.agenvio.com) to handle live enquiries. The widget may set cookies or similar technologies to keep the chat session; see the provider’s documentation for details.
On the Contact page, if you submit the form we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to limit automated submissions. reCAPTCHA may set Google cookies even without a visible challenge; see Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
