When we founded Syncronika in 2010, the market was completely different.

We started as a software house and digital agency, working on software development, web, marketing, and digital communication.

Over the years, we built products, developed SaaS platforms, and gained strong experience in integrating technology and business processes.

In 2024, we completed the exit of Syncrogest, software born internally and then becoming an independent company.

That experience gave us even greater awareness of one thing: the market is moving toward increasingly integrated ecosystems between software, AI, automation, compliance, and strategic consulting.

And that is precisely why Syncronika is evolving today.

No longer only as a traditional agency or software house, but as a true digital factory capable of creating, accelerating, and integrating new vertical businesses. It is the thread of our manifesto and the group holdings.

AgenVIO: orchestrating AI agents in business processes

One of the most important evolutions is AgenVIO, a platform for orchestrating conversational AI agents.

The goal is not to create "yet another chatbot."

The goal is to bring AI into companies' real processes.

Lead management, customer care, internal workflows, operational automation, integration with existing systems: the value of AI is born when it stops being just conversation and starts actually working.

That is why we strongly believe in the concept of orchestration.

Because the future will not simply be "having an AI model."

It will be integrating intelligence, data, processes, and systems effectively and in a governed way.

Complyo: technology, compliance, and cybersecurity

In parallel, we launched Complyo, a company specialized in compliance tech and consulting.

With the arrival of regulations such as:

  • AI Act
  • NIS2
  • GDPR
  • ISO 27001

more and more companies will have to address topics related to governance, security, and responsible technology management.

Many businesses today are adopting AI and automation without full awareness of the risks, processes, and responsibilities this entails.

And that is where compliance and technology begin to converge.

In our view, the future does not belong to those who simply sell tools.
