What is Syncronika’s role on brand?
We focus on operational governance: messaging, checklists, channel assets, alignment to CRM and campaigns. For logo redesigns or boutique identity we work alongside selected creative partners; we ensure technical coherence, data and measurement.
How long does an alignment sprint take?
Initial sprints are 4-6 weeks to map touchpoints, data and gaps; ongoing programmes when brand lives inside MaaS or complex integrations.
How do you prevent inconsistencies across channels?
Operational documentation, owners in CMS/CRM, content versioning and approval rules, tied to KPIs and automation, not static PDFs alone.
Do you only work with mature brands?
No: we often normalise existing brands by wiring touchpoints to stacks and metrics. For identity from scratch we co-design with partner studios while keeping the integration thread.
