E-commerce: numerous functionalities and SAP integration.
Our collaboration with Caffitaly focuses on the full management of the e-commerce ecosystem. We coordinate all activities on the Shopify-developed online store, ensuring smooth and constant synchronization with the SAP order management and warehouse system, thanks to a proprietary middleware in Python.
Over time, we have enriched the platform with strategic functionalities such as:
- Subscriptions: to build customer loyalty and ensure recurring revenue.
- Bundles and Gift Cards: to maximize average order value (AOV) and boost sales.
Recently, we managed the full adaptation to the standards of the European Accessibility Act (EAA 2025), ensuring full compliance with WCAG and EN 301 549 requirements and making the purchasing experience accessible to all users.



Tailor-made marketing automation for the customer journey.
Parallel to managing the e-commerce, we have implemented and manage a sophisticated Marketing Automation system using Active Campaign, with deep native integration with Shopify.
This system goes beyond the classic newsletter: it sends targeted communications (emails with CTAs and promotions) that are automatically triggered based on specific user behavioral triggers, such as:
- Navigation behavior on the site.
- Decline in order frequency.
- Prolonged absence from the platform.
The goal is to maximize each customer’s Lifetime Value (LTV) and reactivate inactive users through highly personalized and timely messages.

For a brand with a high product volume like Caffitaly, advertising campaigns are a critical success factor. Our commitment has focused on developing a perfectly coordinated multi-asset and multi-platform communication strategy.
We ensured that promotions and initiatives were communicated consistently across every touchpoint, creating an Online-to-Offline (O2O) synergy:
- Physical stores.
- Website and e-commerce.
- Social channels.
- Paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).

We have infused the same passion and creativity into defining and managing the Social Editorial Plan. The adopted strategy positions Caffitaly not only as a coffee supplier but as a partner in the consumer’s daily life.
