Once upon a time, a group of freelancers
Syncronika was born from the meeting of a group of freelancers determined to turn great opportunities into solid, lasting working relationships. A natural step in which each of our vertical skills sits side by side in an integrated consulting structure. A transformation able to give clients the security and trust they already placed in us, and that then becomes the strongest foundation for tackling more complex projects and more engaging challenges.

We can also count on many external professionals, freelancers, who have collaborated with us for many years, helping us on the most complex projects. We do not name them only so we do not forget anyone!
The freelance spirit has never left us: the ability to manage ourselves independently, the desire to keep learning and work on new projects. We keep the flaws of "bureaucratic office life" as far away as possible: from meetings that could have been an email to endless progress updates to plan next week's work...
Who we are and where we want to go
They may seem like platitudes, but the premises and goals shared by complete professionals who can do the work they love are always the same.
Client satisfaction, of course: the kind that comes from sharing an objective and trusting in skills, not from passively and unenthusiastically executing an order.
Developing innovative projects, in step with the times: not for the sake of being trendy, but to meet real market needs, clients' needs, and their clients' needs, that is, people's needs.
The pursuit of beauty, of perfection. Not an empty aspiration or fleeting enthusiasm, but tension toward something that can never be fully reached: striving toward the infinite, however, means not putting a limit on your own growth.
Among the clients who share this vision with us are, among others, Sebach and Cosa Ordino. Companies with annual revenues in the millions of euros, with whom we have worked for more than 10 years and with whom we have built quality projects, even fun and irreverent ones.
Smart working... always
Few words, much action. Agile "hierarchies", fast workflows, pragmatism: these are our distinguishing traits, which set us apart from agencies with elephantine, paradoxically "over-structured" organizations, and from companies that cannot build a solid, disciplined structure.
There is, however, another aspect that has always allowed us to work well together, among colleagues and with clients, before it became forcibly fashionable: smart working.
Asynchronous work
We are careful not to confuse smart working with simple remote working, moving the office home with all the flaws office work can bring with it, from those too-frequent meetings to equally dense interruptions, between phone calls and urgencies that were not urgent. Working smart means educating yourself in organization, in truly intelligent management of your time and space.
A quality we carry from our previous freelance experiences, cultivated in our daily work since 2015, is asynchronous work. After starting a project and sharing all the information that needs to be shared, each of us focuses on our own work, eliminating or minimizing interruptions as much as possible. We organize work so that none of us is in the sometimes frustrating and in any case inefficient position of waiting for feedback from a colleague before being able to resume work.
It takes a good dose of self-discipline, organization that leaves nothing to chance, and perseverance, certainly. The time invested upfront in this way, however, always delivers appreciable results downstream.
