Power BI as the last mile: definitions and pipelines first, then dashboards people can trust.
Power BI makes sense when metrics are already clear upstream. We refuse to use it as the place that fixes chaos: warehouse, transforms and semantic layer stay outside the dashboard alone, or every report becomes more debt.

Do you only build Power BI dashboards?
No. We start from decisions, sources and the data model. Power BI is the distribution layer when it fits.
Power BI or other BI tools?
Power BI is a common example in the Microsoft stack. Tableau, Looker or Metabase can be right: the model matters more than the logo.
