Frequently asked questions
What we are often asked
FAQ
Do you build SaaS products from scratch?
Yes. Besides client projects we have developed and scaled proprietary products such as Syncrogest.
Do you handle front-end only, or integrations and data too?
Scope is end-to-end: UX, platform, APIs, ERP/CRM integrations and analytics when the product must grow in production.
How do you apply AI transformation in this sector?
We assess where agents, RAG or tool use accelerate support, onboarding or internal ops on SaaS products already in production. Processes, evals and governance before deploy; agentic engineering in the same team that owns APIs and data.
